Cemetery

The Gilmore Township Cemetery Ordinance (2018) was created to protect the public health, safety and general welfare by establishing regulations for the operation, control and management of cemeteries owned by Gilmore Township, in Benzie County, Michigan; to provide penalties for the violation of this ordinance; and to repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance.

Election Information

In-person voting takes place at the Elberta Community Building, located at 401 First Street, Elberta. The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on election day.
